So, who is the person behind the camera?

My name is Krissy, and I am a California native and avid photographer.  

I grew up in Northern California and love this beautiful state from the mountains to the ocean.  Horses have always been a big part of my life.  I have an amazing family who all live here in Northern California.  I love hiking, skiing, biking and adventures with my dog.

Everytime I click the shutter on my camera, I hope to capture and preserve a memory.  A moment in time that will bring a smile to your face now and for years to come.

The name and logo of Magnolia Photography are very special to me.  My dog, Maggie, was a bright shining light in my life.  She encompassed all the things that I hope to capture through my photography.
